Hi Serds_P

Sorry this is absolutely incorrect.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and have had it working on this phone since I purchased it.  Suddenly it has stopped working.

It has stopped working for all 85 staff within the Company suddenly and all are on different types of mobile devices from IOS to Android and none on on he unsupported list.

I would be horrified if Microsoft stopped supporting SFB mobile app on all the latest mobiles like Apple X, Samsung S9+ etc.  If this is the case then the Company will look to remove SFB from our environment all together and go with a nother product.

Thanks

Leanne

Please clarify. Is the inability to connect on the normal consumer Skype or Skype for Business clients?  In either case, please provide a sample of some of the versions used. If it is site-wide and the versions are new enough, this may be due to an invalid server configuration, firewall block, DNS or ISP issue.

Hi Techfreak,

It is the Skype for Business Mobile app on both Andriod and IOS mobiles.  Sorry cannot supply versions as there are hundreds of them and all different brands/models.

Thanks

Leanne
